At Oasis, we understand that health and recovery are shaped by the conditions in which people live. That includes access to housing, food, transportation, healthcare, and other basic needs. These social determinants of health aren’t separate from treatment—they’re part of how we provide care.
Every individual we serve receives support beyond the therapy room. From the moment of intake, our team identifies key needs through trauma-informed screenings and a 14-day onboarding checklist. This helps us build a personalized care plan that removes barriers, promotes stability, and supports long-term success.
Housing Stability – Whether someone is unhoused, in temporary shelter, or transitioning into recovery housing, we help secure safe and supportive living arrangements through Oasis programs and trusted community partners.
Food Access – We assist with food benefits, connect individuals to community resources, and ensure nutritional needs are met during care.
Healthcare Navigation – We coordinate access to primary care, dental and vision services, and ensure individuals are connected to the providers they need—both during and beyond their time at Oasis.
Identification & Documentation – We help individuals obtain identification, social security cards, voter registration, and other essential documentation that’s often a barrier to services and employment.
Transportation – Our staff helps clients access reliable transportation for appointments, treatment, job interviews, and community resources.
Employment & Financial Support – We assist with resumes, job searches, interviews, benefit applications, and creating realistic goals for financial stability.
Our services are delivered through a collaborative team that includes clinicians, peer mentors, and case coordinators—many with lived experience. Care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to support that meets their real-life needs.
We don’t expect people to be ready for recovery before we help them get stable. We offer support from the start, because no one should have to face these challenges alone.
Our tone is professional and polished, but never cold or clinical. You’ll find our team speaks with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Every group session, one-on-one meeting, or family workshop is designed to inspire hope and confidence. We avoid stale recovery platitudes; instead, we focus on tangible progress and personal victories. Your journey is unique – and so is our commitment to you.
