Outcomes

We track what matters—
so we can do more of what works.

At Oasis, we believe every person deserves care that leads to meaningful progress. That’s why we measure outcomes in ways that reflect real lives—not just charts or checkboxes. We use real-time data, national benchmarks, and client feedback to understand how treatment is working and where we can do better.

Outcomes are part of how we stay accountable. They shape how we plan care, build teams, and respond when something isn’t working. It’s not about proving ourselves—it’s about improving for the people we serve.

How We Track Progress

We evaluate each person’s experience across their time in care, using a combination of clinical tools, peer feedback, and individual goals. We collect this information at key points in the journey—during intake, mid-treatment, at discharge, and through post-program follow-up. That way, we’re adjusting as we go, not just evaluating at the end.

Our outcomes include:

  • Treatment engagement and completion
  • Symptom changes (PHQ-9, GAD-7)
  • Access to social determinants of health support
  • Post-discharge connection and stability
  • Client satisfaction and staff connection
  • Self-reported progress in health, wellness, and daily life

FoRSE Outcomes Program

Oasis is a participating provider in the Foundation for Recovery Science and Education (FoRSE) Outcomes Program through NAATP. This national partnership allows us to track outcomes using standardized tools and benchmarks from across the country—bringing an extra layer of insight to our internal evaluations.

A Culture of Accountability

Our Program Quality Team meets monthly to review outcomes, trends, and opportunities for growth. This team includes leadership, clinicians, peer mentors, and operations staff. Client voices are also central to this process—through mid-treatment and graduation surveys, as well as post-discharge feedback.

Beyond Discharge

We don’t stop caring when treatment ends. Our outcomes framework includes continued contact with clients after program completion. Because real recovery continues after discharge—and we want to know how people are doing.
